The Windmill

The Windmill not to be confused with the Olive Mill( really good food). I found this great place in Florence for Weddings and Events. It has an vintage Red Barn with Cathedral Ceilings brought from the Midwest. There is a operating nursery on site as well as original outbuildings. Lots of authentic Down home charm mixed with touches of Elegance. Katie the event coordinator was so kind to let me shoot a few photos. I didnt get any wide angles (but I am hoping to be invited back) We went at 10 am. you know how I feel about harsh lighting. you can check out there web site at thewindmillaz.com

Here are a few shots I got of Tylee as she literally ran from place to place. Oh to be 2 almost 3.
As we left Tylee made sure she said goodby to ChaCha the sheep dog and Katie our host. She is so friendly.

18 and counting.

Ok I admit from time to time I get jealous of my clients. I want romatic , fun , fabulous photos of me and Wayne. It just that I am not that photogenic. (code for really picky) Anyways for our anniversary which happens to be the day after VDay the girls took pics of us. I think it was kind of traumatic for them. We didnt get any great kissing ones. I think we were trying not to scar them to much. However they did get some ,I do love. Is this vain showing you?

I am so blessed to married to a great , kind, funny handsome man. I dont deserve him. He keeps me sane. I love you Wayne.

London's Run and Ride

Here are some of the highlights for our family at London's Run. Jackie ran with Taryn this year. She payed up for the Half Marathon ... but when she went to get her registration it said she was 23 and doing the 2mile fun run. (read her story here ) Nursing her ankle injury she opted to run with Taryn. Perfect for me , so I didnt have to run with her. Pierce ran the half again. He started ten minutes late. He waited for a friend Heath Nichols to run with him. Around 1:45 min we started looking for him at the finish line. When we had waited 15 min past his last years time we started to think he just ran home. Just as we started to walk away he came in. We should not have doubted him. I think he beat his time last year.
My big girls volunteered. I know Jancy helped with the times, Jess and Tana I think just mingled. Good times.

I also had the chance to photograph some of the Londons Ride. I got some great stuff of the trail at the wash. I really not a horse person(code for scared), but I can appreciate the natural beauty of them.
