Nicole and Erik

Nicole and Erik got married on August 10. As far as I can tell Erik is happy to let Nicole be the All American Olympic qualifying girl that she is as long as she lets him win once in a while. As you can see in the running pic he took the opportunity to be a few steps ahead of Nicole as she had minor hinderance ( a poofy 8-20 pound dress). And Julie, let me take this opportunity to confess we did break one of the bussle threads. I hope enough time has gone by to forgive. Good thing she wont be wearing it again. It was a lot of fun bringing out the bride in Nicole. What love can do. I have known Nicole a long time but I have to say I was impressed with Erik. He seem to have a real love of the camera:) my kind of groom.

On a serious note Erik's young 40 year old brother in law passed away the following week. Our hearts and prayers go out to them at this time. You never know what life will throw you, from the times we celebrate unions to the loss we feel in life's separations. We can take comfort in the blessing that we celebrate being a forever family whether it be in birth, marriage and even in life's passing. At least they had a chance to celebrate together the Eternal Marriage of Nicole and Erik and remember their Family is Forever.
